Emen Taqato Consulting Engineers Company (ETCE) was established in 2004 with the aim of providing various engineering services including: filed studies, supervision, research and project management services (fourth factor) in the fields of road construction, railway, construction, traffic and water and sewage facilities. ETCE has completed more than 150 projects in various fields across the country.
Given the ever increasing development and desire to implement management systems in line with organizational goals, ETCE has implemented an integrated management system (IMS) that covers quality, occupational safety, health and environmental management systems. We are one of the few consultants that have obtained the relevant certificates.
Our general management hopes that by acquiring overseas projects, in addition to expanding our services, we will be able to prove our ability, expertise and commitment to clients. For this purpose, the company's branch office was established in Najaf, Iraq in 2013.
Currently, our company has 160 full-time and 35 part-time employees. Out of our 195 employees, 5 have a PhD, 43 have a master's degree and 110 have a bachelor's degree.
Our company executive believe that consulting engineers are the beating heart and the driving force behind any development in the country. So they try to play this vital role with the highest quality by observing the strategic principles of the company such as comprehensive quality development, foresight, and business development, especially the export of engineering services, transparency, communication, training, organizational empowerment and satisfaction of the company's stakeholders .
Road Planning
Grade 1 Consultants on Road Building
Our company has field studies for 1000 kms of freeways and highways and 1700 kms of arterial and sideroads and nine traffic interchanges in its portfolio. Moreover, due to the experience and the acclaimed quality of the feasibility studies conducted by this consultancy, the review and approval for the feasibility studies conducted in the Deputy of Economy and Planning of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has been entrusted to ETCE.
Railways
Grade 3 Consultants on Railroads
Since attracting private investment is the only way to expand and develop the country's railways, ETCE has focused on feasibility studies in this sector and so far it has conducted feasibility studies for private clients and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development for over 1200 kms of railroads. In addition, the study of the country's railway surrounding area and grading studies of railway stations in terms of passenger facilities and equipment are among the significant research projects performed by this this company.

There are more than 2.3 million square meters of construction with different utilities that have been designed and supervised in this company within the construction sector. In addition, because of the ETCE’s ability, it has been placed in charge of training for the employees of the Turkish company Kazavi to use the tunnel mould method. ETCE is also known as the first importer of industrial house construction technology from Finland and has an official license in this field from the Research Centre of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development..
